Terms and refunds

These terms explain what you get when you use BlindWoW and when you pay for an upgrade. They are written to be short and clear.

Using BlindWoW

BlindWoW is a fan project. It is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.
Most of BlindWoW is free, including characters, collections, raids, raid interrupts and the guild pages.
Please only upload combat logs and share places that you have the right to share, and treat other members with respect. Accounts that misuse the site may be removed.
We work hard to keep the site running and accurate, but it is provided as it is, and the game data comes from Blizzard.

Every member can try the personal upgrade free for 30 days, and every guild can try the guild upgrade free for 30 days. No card is needed.
Each trial can be used once: once per person and once per guild.
When a trial ends, the upgrade simply stops. You are not charged.

The personal upgrade costs $13 for a year, and the guild upgrade costs $65 for a year, in US dollars.
An upgrade adds dungeon logs and full dungeon interrupt detail. A guild upgrade gives the upgrade to everyone in that guild.
Each payment is a single payment that covers one year. Nothing renews automatically, and you are never charged unless you choose to pay.
The site reminds you before your year ends. If you pay again before then, the new year is added to the end of the current one.
Payments are handled by Stripe. BlindWoW never sees or stores your card details.

Because the free trial lets you try everything first, payments for upgrades are not refunded.
Donations are gifts and are not refunded.
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same thing, please contact the site administrator and it will be put right.

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page. Changes never affect a payment you have already made.
