Add-ons

Choose only the pieces you need. Each helper add-on works on its own, so you never have to install features you will not use.

Helper add-ons

The helper add-ons are for registered members: places and routes recorded with them are shared with everyone, so each contribution needs to come from an account. These are for players who want to log raids or record places for others. They show their messages in the chat window. Speech is not included; if you want speech, use the full BlindWoW add-on.

BlindWoW Raid Logger

Switches on the game's combat log when you enter a raid, dungeon or delve, and switches it off when you leave. Upload the log on the Logs page to see every fight.

BlindWoW Places Helper

Records places and walking routes in cities, so players using the full add-on can be guided along them. Share what you record on the Import from the add-on page, and it appears on the Routes page for everyone.

If you have a helper but not the full BlindWoW add-on, /bw lists the commands of every helper you have installed.

BlindWoW for Windows

A free app that uploads your combat logs to blindwow.com after each raid, dungeon or delve, and shows your price alerts. It works with screen readers and from the keyboard. Uploading needs a free blindwow.com account and an app key from the Windows app page.

Download BlindWoW for Windows (201 KB)

Open the zip, copy the BlindWoW for Windows folder anywhere you like, such as your Documents, and open BlindWoW.exe. The app is signed by Access Technology Institute, LLC.

The full BlindWoW add-on

The full add-on includes speech and reads the game aloud: bags, mail, trainers, quests, professions, chat, menus, the damage meter and more, and it guides you around cities. It is coming to this page soon.
